Refund policy
I want you to be happy with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, you can contact me at kayley@burlapsac.com. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new, unworn condition and in its original packaging. Burlap Sac reserves the right to refuse products that are no longer in new condition, have been worn, altered or damaged.
All original Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
I can only handle returns and exchanged on items purchased from BurlapSac.com or from direct sales at markets and shows. All Items purchased from outside retailers or stores must be returned directly to the retailer or store.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on Custom Orders or Sale Items. These items are final sale.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
